Parkview Commons I is an apartment building financed through the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal’s Homes for Working Families program and by the New York City Housing Development Corporation. Prior to construction, Nos Quedamos and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development undertook extensive Brownfield remediation efforts.
This project is the first of three Parkview developments forming the Commons and was named for its proximity to two new public parks.
