La Terraza (currently under construction)
La Terraza is located on Site B along Third Avenue in the South Bronx. It will be a mixed-use rental apartments building with underground parking which is part of The Melrose Commons Cornerstone.
It is being developed through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Cornerstone program.
Applications will be available Spring 2010
