Dorado - Site D is a mixed-use rental apartment building which is part of The Melrose Commons Cornerstone, a multi-block development located along Third Avenue in the Bronx. It was developed through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Cornerstone program. Additional financing for this building has been sought through the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal’s Homes for Working Families program.
