920 Westchester Avenue (currently under construction)
The project will be a 110-unit, 128,000 square foot affordable housing complex located in the Longwood neighborhood of the Bronx.
The project will consist of an eight-story elevator building with retail and community facility space on the ground floor and parking underground. A mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments will be located on floors 2-8. Applications will be available next year, 2011.
